Terms of Sale & Refunds

Short version: you get a digital file to use in your own work, checkout is handled securely by Link (Stripe's payment service), and if a product is not right for you, email us within 14 days of buying for a full refund.

Who sells the products

Products on this website are made by Keystone Technology Group LLC ("we," "us"). Orders are sold and processed through Link, Stripe's payment service, which acts as the reseller (seller of record) and handles payment, receipts and sales tax. Each product page shows the price before you pay.

What you get

Each product is a digital download, such as a PDF guide, a spreadsheet or a set of templates. The product page lists exactly what is included. Your download link appears right after you pay. Please keep that link private.

How you may use it

• You may use the files for your own personal or business work, and you may print them for that use.
• Please do not resell, share or publish the files, or offer them as your own product.

Refunds

If a product is not right for you, email keystonetechnologygroup.llc@gmail.com within 14 days of buying and you will get a full refund. If a file does not open or work, tell us and we will fix it or refund you. Products bought on another marketplace (such as Gumroad or Amazon) follow that marketplace's refund rules.

Our products are general information and practical tools. They are not legal, financial, tax, medical or other professional advice, and results depend on how you use them. For decisions that need professional advice, please talk to a qualified professional.

How our products are made

We use AI tools to help research and build our products. Every product is checked and approved before it is sold.

Our responsibility

Products are provided as they are described on their pages. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
