Privacy Policy
Effective September 30, 2026
Short version: we collect as little as we can, we use it only to deliver what you bought, answer your questions and keep the records the law requires, and we never sell it.
Who we are
This website is run by Keystone Technology Group LLC ("we," "us"). We make and sell practical digital products such as guides, templates and toolkits. If you have any question about this policy, email keystonetechnologygroup.llc@gmail.com.
What we collect
- When you buy something on this website: checkout is handled by Link, Stripe's payment service, which acts as the seller of record. It receives the card and billing details you enter at checkout under its own privacy policy, and it sends your receipt. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe shares your email address and the order details with us so we can deliver your purchase and help you.
- When you buy on another marketplace: if you buy one of our products through a marketplace such as Gumroad or Amazon, that marketplace handles your order under its own privacy policy and shares with us only what it needs to.
- When you email us: we keep your message and email address so we can answer you.
- When you subscribe to our newsletter: our newsletter is run on Substack, which keeps your email address under its own privacy policy.
- When you visit the website: our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, trackers or analytics. Our web host, Cloudflare, may process basic technical data (such as your IP address and browser type) and may set a strictly necessary security cookie to deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks.
How we use it
- To deliver your purchase, give you access to your download and, for a monthly product, email you each new issue.
- To answer questions and handle refunds.
- To keep records the law requires, such as sales records for taxes.
We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Our social media accounts and apps
We share our own products on social networks such as Pinterest, Instagram, Threads, Bluesky and LinkedIn. Our apps for these networks only publish posts and pins to our own business accounts and read basic details about those accounts. They do not collect, store or sell information about other users. If you interact with our posts, the network handles that information under its own privacy policy.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the services that help us run the business, and only as much as they need: Stripe and Link (payments), Cloudflare (website hosting), Google (business email, which we use to deliver orders and answer you) and Substack (newsletter). We may also share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. We keep emails for as long as we need them to help you. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, unless we must keep it by law.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we have about you. Just email keystonetechnologygroup.llc@gmail.com and we will reply within 30 days. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email.
Children
Our products are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
Security
Your payment is processed by Link and Stripe over an encrypted connection, and our website is served over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit what we collect so there is less to protect.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
